At Simply Skin, we believe all skin is important. Body Scrubs, Masks and Wraps are essentially a facial for the body and are intended to also detox the body.
We begin with a full body cleanse using selected body products from our facial lines, followed by manual exfoliation. The body skin, while still sensitive in areas, is generally thicker than that of the face, so we combine steam and a selected salt- or sugar-based scrub which we add aromatherapy and essential oils to. The scrub is massaged into the back, arms, legs, chest, stomach, hands and feet. Following, the skin will be nicely exfoliated and softened, allowing for extractions of blackheads or inclusions. Following a mask will be mixed and applied and may feature a variety of detoxifying ingredients like clay, algae, mud, CBD and aromatherapies. The mask will be set for 20 minutes by wrapping the body in special warm sheets which help the products permeate and provides a relaxing environment prime for detoxifying the body.
